Didn`t receive 'payment processed' email, should I be worried?


I requested withdrawal of funds yesterday (1st March), and I still haven`t received the 'your payment has been processed' email. Should I be worried? I normally get the email within mins and funds within hours. Thank you!

Hey, I also withdrew my funds yesterday but I still haven't received the "your payment has been processed" email from Upwork. I always get this email and my funds within the same day. Can you kindly resolve this issue. Thank you.

It looks the payment is still in process. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further.
