Didn't receive payments

I am having troubles with payment.

 

I added a new payment method (direct bank account). At the beginning everything it was ok. but I didn't receive the last two payments.

 

Is there someone whom I can reach for that?

Hi Emanuela,

 

I checked and can confirm that both the transactions were successful from our end. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers are processed up to four business days. If this transaction still hasn't reflected in your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we'll be happy to look into this for you and assist you further. Please refer to this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

Hi Alexandar,

 

I am still waiting for a payment which has been made on November 27th (see screenshot). I haven't received anything.

 

Hope to solve it as soon as possible
