Didn't received the 60 connects bonus when transitioning to paid connects

Today I received a prompt that said connects will costs 0.15$/connect but I didn't received the 60 connects bonus when transitioning to paid connects.
Can someone help me?

You get them within 7 days of transitioning.

I have a very specific question and I confess I didn’t read all 47 pages of the announcement about connects. I have a plus membership for the last 2 years and 210 connects at the moment. I want to switch to basic before next membership payment. Will my connects roll over from now on with my new basic plan? When (how many months later) will I need to buy new connects if I don’t spend them? Thank you in advance.

Valeria says 140 connects will roll over. We'll see when they expire... (1 year? something like that...)
