I was filling the Payment Details at my account and I received the following message: "Due to our updated identity policy, at least one of your payment methods has been deactivated as the beneficiary name of the bank account does not match your name." The bank account name is my husbands. How can I solve this problem?

Hi Carla,
You can add your husband account as payment method only if your name is listed as a beneficiary name on the account as well. Thank you.

You are NOT allowed to use your husband's bank account.

Open your own bank account, or become an official signatory by your bank turning your husband's bank account into a joint account.
