Hi Sheena,
Could you please check your spam/junk folders and make sure your email service provider isn't set up to block certain emails? We checked and it looks like the confirmation email was successfully sent to you.

I just became a client but the simple email verify protocal is not working
for me at either one of my mailboxes. The verification failed twice.
