I have initiated a transfer on 11th November but till now I haven't received an amount in my bank account. And have checked with bank according to them there is no transfer yet.

 The 11th was a Sunday. Bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Direct to local bank transfers usually take between 2 to 5 business days to process. If the transaction does not reflect on your bank account within 8-business days, you may follow up on this thread and our team will request that Customer Support Team to issue a trace for you.
