Hi Upwork,
I am trying to setup a direct contract with a client and every payment method he has tried is being rejected. He is trying his Mastercard and Paypal, but both get rejected.
The message he receives in both cases is "The payment method you submitted could not be authorized. Please try using another one or contact Customer Support."
I am setting up a new corporate identity / website for him so the email he is using is brand new, would that be part of the issue?
