Direct Contract Funding Processing

My contract was placed before a month as a direct payment. Now, I have completed the project and my client is satisfied and wants to complete the contract. I want to request the client to release the payment but still, there is no option for the request.

It is saying that funds are in processing, even after 30 days of contract. 

I want to inquire about the problem and please let me know how to solve the issue so that I can get the contract payment.
