Hi,
I created a Direct Contract and sent it to a client in order for it to be accepted.
However, the client cannot accept and fund the contract.
The error message received is: "We are unable to authorize your card. Please try using a different payment method or contact your isssuing bank".
The client contacted the bank. There are no amount limits on the card and the client even stayed on the phone with the a bank representative to approve the payment but it seems that the payment is rejected by Upwork.
I find it hard to believe this does not work.
Whoever could point me towards a solution, I would really appreciate it.

I have been contacted via email by a team member of yours.
The provided solution did not help me.
As I stated in the description, the client already contacted the bank.
I was expecting another step in order to proceed, not one that was already stated.
