I sent 2 seperate clients Direct Contracts. Both clients entered their card information several times and were charged by Upwork but neither contract was shown as accepted by Upwork. I have received no payment, one of my clients has been charged 3 times and the other 7 times. There seems to be no way of getting in touch with anyone from Upwork. Has anyone had a similar experience and had the issue resolved?
