I have a client who was trying to fund a direct contract that I sent him. Funding the contract failed with an error that said "We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute.". Soon afterwards, he was notified by his bank of a transfer equal to the amount of the contract that was automatically declined. He approved the payment with his bank and the money went through, but on the Upwork site it still says that the direct contract is "waiting to be accepted".
This is separate from my two other issues that I am having, since this is from a different client.
