Direct contract payments issue

My client is trying to add funding meth but keeps getting this error.

Tried from different devices,

different browsers,

different time.

and still same issue.

the client is in the UK and their credit card is working properly.

any guidance how to solve this ASAPP

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about the trouble caused to the client while initiating a payment. Could you request your client to try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on their browser? They can also try using a different card to check if that helps. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.
