I have been trying to setup a bank account for over a week now. I never get past the loading wheel after I enter my account information. Not sure what to try next?

Before I proceed, could you please try clearing your browser's cookies, or using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
Yes, the bank account for your payment method to withdraw, thank you. I had previously cleared my browser (and tried on the app) so I tried in edge and got the same result, persistent loading wheel.
What is the next step please?
