Direct message from client

When a client contacts you via direct message, is there any way to flag it as inappropriate? (If there is, I couldn't figure it out.)

Once you hover over the message does the settings cog shows next to the time stamp? Could you reach out to me via PM with the client name so that I can check this further? Thank you.
