Direct to Local Bank method

Hi,

I would like to know how to set up a withdrawal method using an account from a Uruguayan bank. I have the SWIFT code from the bank but the option Direct to Local Bank isn't available for me in User Settings>Get Paid>Payment Details>Add payment method.

Is there another way to set it up, or am I just left with the options shown to me (PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer, Direct to US bank)?

I'd truly appreciate your help.
