Direct to local bank transfer not received

Upwork comunity,

I did withdraw my funds on the 11th of march via direct to a local bank transfer and it's been 8 working days that I am yet to receive the payment.
I have already put my concern to you before, and today it's past the 8 working days deadline. Kindly, help me in this regard.
