I clicked on "enable the client to change feedback" by mistake. How can I reverse that so the client won't be able to change her feedback

Upwork doesn't have a button that allows a freelancer to disable the "enable the client to change feedback" action.
But you may use the Community Forum to ASK Upwork to add just such a button.
