Hello. My previous client kept silent for more then two weeks and didn't reply on my messages. He needs to open second milestone and approve it, because all the material according it has been already sent to him. What can I do in this situation and may be You can contact him.

Why did you give the client two milestones worth of material if only one was funded?

Nothing, realistically.

Do, however, remember that you own the work that wasn't paid for....

If your milestone wasn't funded, there's nothing that can be done. 😞 You own any work product that wasn't paid for, but there's no means for you to collect the money. Never send work without a funded milestone and always use the submit and request payment when you send your work on a fixed price contract.
