Discovered second account empty accidently

Hello!

Seems I have found a duplicate of my profile. I found it by accident when I was searching for local freelancers. The profile almost clean and has no projects completed.

I have only one thought about how it happened. I think it comes from late 2015th when merging of Elance and Odesk was done. From that time I used Upwork and used only one account for any job. I tried to log in to that old one but could not.

I know this is against the rules to have more than one account. But I am confused myself how it happened.

I am a bit thrilled to write to it as upwork is 100% my only work atm. Please advise what to do?
