Discrepancy in FAQs about rolling over connects for Freelancer Plus account holders

There appears to be a discrepancy in the FAQs about how many connects can be rolled over. The Understanding and Using Connects page (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062898-Understanding-and-Using-Connects) says that all connects (other than those that expired due to being a year old) will roll over each month. However, the Freelancer Plus page (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062888) says that only 200 connects can be rolled over each month. Currently, not all of my connects are rolling over each month. Is the first article wrong, or am I missing something here?

Well, the Freelancer Plus page is outdated, since Connects are now unlimited. As for rollover, the change was made less than a month ago, so there might be issues on the backend.
