Displaying 0 funds in my account

I have recently completed my milestone for a fixed-price project of 25 USD. It displays that the payment has been received. But when I try to transfer the money in the "Get Paid Now" option, it says 0 USD as my available funds.

 

Could you please resolve this/ Can anyone help me through this?

Wait 5 days. Funds must pass security hold.
