Dispute Issue

Hi,

I really need some help here. One of my client gave me a work to debug an android application to find out why the app is not sending SMS anymore. I found that the code was working fine with just one problem that if the device has dual SIM it doesn't send SMS otherwise it works fine. So i submitted  my work but Client refused to pay saying the app was working fine from the start. So i filed a dispute **Edited for Community Guidelines** and the client denied. Now the dispute is pending for 38 days. What should i do ???

Also there's one more thing i would like to know, i was awarded Top Rated on 28th Jan but now all of a sudden i am not a top rated freelancer anymore, also my JSS droped to 80 % !!!!  why is that ???
