Dispute and Refund

Hi!

 

Recently there have been a dispute on 2 manual hours i logged for a problematic client. It was all his fault, but im not going to go on stating my side because manual hours will be against me. So i refunded the amount to the client. But i didn't view the dispute yet. Today i got a notification and checked the dispute details. The resolution says "denied". I don't want to get my account into any trouble, hence instead of raising my side, i refunded the amount from my side. Now, my questions is, when will the dispute be over? Will my account face any problems? I just want it to end, iv given back the money just so that my account is okay. Let me know.

It says "denied" because you have already refunded.

Nothing to worry about (except the contract's effect on your JSS, potentially) and unless someone contacts you about it, the matter is closed.

I did not exactly get my answer. I just want to resolve the dispute and not go on and make Upwork understand because from my side I am right, but i will lose, i am sure. I refunded already and want the dispute to end. How do i do that?

 It is resolved. Nothing further to do.
