Hello everyone,
Does anyone here in the community know why my dispute case just disappeared today? On my Upwork page, I could see there's a notification for 1 message but when I clicked it open it shows "No open cases". I haven't received any emails regarding the case or I have no direct link to the case. If anyone knows about this issue please let me know how can I contact Upwork's support? Thank you so much!!

This happened to me. I think the link to the dispute is in the email they send you, so you can get to it directly from there. It came back later after I just went to the page directly.

Thanks, Jennifer, the problem is that I didn't have a link either. I only have a link that directs me to the dispute centre where it shows me no open cases found. 😞
