Dispute has not been assigned yet and got no response on it.

Hello, 

 

I had a dispute with a client. I initiated the dispute on 11-03-2021 (Dispute ID: 10101066) but got no response from the Upwork team on it and the status shows that it has to been assigned to anyone. Please help!
