I'm having an issue with a client. I already did the job, and he still doesn't reply to my request for payment. The contract is still active.

Fixed rate: The client has 14 days from when you click on the "submit work for payment" button on the contract to review your work. After 4 days, the funds are automatically released to you.

Hourly: If you tracked your time, you are paid automatically.

What are you trying to "dispute"?

Hi Juan,

I checked the contract and it seems that you already submitted your work for payment. By doing so, your client has 14-days to review the work that you have submitted. If they don't come back within 14-days, the money in escrow will automatically be paid to your account. You can check this help article for more information.
