Dispute with Client but then UPwork resolve, but still not yet get paid

There was a case that one of my clients offered me fixed rate payment, then I started working for certain times, then they changed their mind and end my contract. Good that there's some amount on the escrow which I filed my dispute. 

upwork resoved by win win , said that the client will get the full refund whereas I will get paid from upwork. 

But it seemed for 2 months., I did not see anything coming to my wallet. 

Any idea?

Hi Thanin,

I checked and can confirm you did receive this credit. Please go to your Transaction History and select the date of August 13th to see this transaction. You can identify it by the "Customer Credit" description.
