Do have to pass the readiness test again for Rising Talent Badge?

I have received a mail of raising talent as below on Nov 3rd, 2020

=> To join the program, all you need to do is pass the Upwork Readiness Test. It should take less than 10 minutes and it provides tips to help you win clients. Click below to take the test and claim Rising Talent perks.

I have already passed the readiness test much before Nov 3rd, 2020 with a score of 4.5/5

again I received a follow-up mail today regarding the same.

=> I'm following up on your exclusive invitation to join Upwork's Rising Talent program. You're close to earning a special profile badge that will draw clients' attention, as well as inclusion in a talent pool from which top clients source talent.
To access these perks, you just need to pass the Upwork Readiness test. It takes less than 10 minutes and provides tips to help you win clients.

Please let me know why am still not rewarded with the badge?
