Do idle contracts affect JSS? Should I end these myself?

Hello,

I have 3 idle contracts and I would like to know if it is better to end these myself and receive no feedback? When idle, do contracts affect JSS?

I have repeatedly asked clients to end the contracts but no response. One contract is also placed on hold by Upwork. I noticed that even though my private feedback went up, my JSS went down by 1%. Can idle contracts be a cause?

You may also consider closing a contract or two every two weeks, while completing new contracts to help avoid creating a pattern of contracts without feedback.
