Do not get response from ID verification issue & bonus connect issue

Hello Upwork,

I have 3 issues. try to fix them soon.

 

1) I submit my national ID and visual verification to verify my Upwork account.It's already 2 days gone,but i don't get any response from Upwork..

2) 3 days age i won a job and got an interview, but still i don't get any bonus connect..

3) My one client give me an order through the project catalog where the order duration was 3 days.But my client give me 7 days work.now he wanted to increase the order duration.so kindly tell me how can we increase our order duration.

2. I have checked your account and it looks like you received a direct offer from a client. Please note that responding to direct offers and invitations to apply to jobs from clients does not qualify for free Connects. You may check this help article for more details. 

3. The due date of an active milestone cannot be changed. However, you and your freelancer or agency can agree to change the due dates of upcoming milestones. Upwork does not impose any negative consequences for working beyond a milestone due date. You may check this help article for more details.

sir, you don't notice it..last night i got an order from the project catalog..but i talk you about my first project which is completed on 13 september.. that project i get by sending a proposal on a job and client message me, and after conversation he gives me that project.so here,the rules of upwork,i definitely prize for free connect.

Hi Nazmul, 

Since you were immediately offered a contract, and no interview transpired, this doesn't qualify you to win interview Connects. To win Connects, the following must happen: 

  1. Submit a proposal for a job.
  2. Win an interview with a client.
  3. Respond and win a bonus!
