Hello there. Yesterday i initiated the video call verification with upwork, because of an unstable connection it wasnt succesful. I was then sent an email, for documents verification, i did uploads the ones i have but was disapproved. Unfortunatley, the documents needed for the verification isnt handy.

However, I have fixed my connection situation, and would like to verify with the video call. I want to know if that's Possible.
