Documents required for US Freelancer

I have 2 questions

- I want to hire/partner with a freelancer through Upwork and add him under my agency. What documents would be required by a freelancer in the US to be added and verified on Upwork?

- He would be frequently travelling to Pakistan/Dubai and may work from there. Would there be any issue working from outside US (although he is a green hard colder in the US and will mostly work from there)

Hello Baber,

In order to be able to submit proposals to US only jobs, freelancers need to upload their US driver's license, Green Card, State ID or US Passport. Freelancers also need to be physically in the US in order to apply fo US only jobs. Thank you.
