Documents submitted for Bank account confirmation

I added my perosnal bank account details for cash withdrawal and it said the names do not match. I received a follow up email informing me to send identity confirmation documents. I submitted what was requested but haven't heard back from Upwork and I am still unable to withdraw money. Please help.
