Does Upwork have any plans to lower freelancer fees below 5% for long-term contracts (e.g. over 2 years) or after earning a certain amount?

Whist I also agree that it's unlikely because it doesn't make sense, you can't state that there are no plans for something when clearly you are no more privy to those plans than the OP.
