Does it hurt JSS if client budgeted more for project than she paid?

I think we both thought we had agreed on x amount for the project. But my proposal and her milestones are the same, about $500 less, and after she paid the last milestone she went ahead and closed the contract.

So "amount agreed" is like $500 more than amount paid, even though we both think she paid the correct amount. I got a notification from Upwork but now I can't find it. I just want to make sure before I respond to my client that it's fine for the final amount agreed to be less than what she budgeted. I can't afford a hit to my JSS with the next update because it inexplicably dropped 4% last week (I mean, I know how it works, but I don't know what *exactly* caused the drop, since my only new review in that period was 5 stars. Yes, I know she could have left bad private feedback, but I don't think she did since it was just a survey project.) TIA

Thannks Petra. You'd think after 3 years I'd know how it works, but nope.
