re: "Does it worth upgrading to freelance plus?"
In my opinion?
No.
I don't believe that Freelancer Plus provides any options that would be of benefit to me.
I beieve that it is a way for Upwork to offer some options that it doesn't actually want freelancers to use, but which some freelancers vociferously asked for.

As I understand it:
Freelancer Plus does not provide freelancers with the option to hide their earnings under all circumstances. If a freelancer applies to a client's job proposal, then those clients will be able to see the same information that can be seen in the profiles of freelancers WITHOUT the Freelancer Plus option.

It is not worthy it, unless you want to link your Upwork Profile as a Portfolio, and wants a more friendly url to send.
Becoming Freelance Plus only made me depressed actually. I tried it on the second month of UpWork and all it did was to make me realize how low people bid in most jobs.
And as been said, clients that you send proposals will see how much you made, anyway. And personally, when people hide how much they made, it always makes me believe they aren't really successful and are afraid of showing low paying contracts.

Shiva you are saying perfectly right, but what after giving your 5 years we can say you are experienced freelancers, but because of your past jobs which you were considering accepting in the beginning at a low price your new clients will never see that now you have crossed 100 jobs & they still want to give us jobs on a low budget, how we will increase our price, for example, a logo job I was doing in start in $ 20 to $35 after completing 100 jobs if I am still paying for a logo job $20 to $35 do you think it is fair for an experienced freelancer?

You can charge whatever you like, and you don't need to explain yourself to clients. They will either think that your work is worth the money that you're asking for, or they won't. Nobody can force you to work for a low budget. However, having seen some of the logos in your portfolio, it looks like you're using Canva and/or incorporating clipart in a lot of your designs, so I think that you'll have a difficult time winning projects if you try to charge much more.

Dear Christine, Using canvas & clip art is after demanding specific needs from the client on a few logo jobs. & I am not only doing logo jobs I am also working on the website design jobs & in other Skills, but I am also offering my service, logo job was the only example I was giving here.
Anyways Thank you for all your input on my issue.
THIS CHAPTER IS CLOSE & I have received my answer there is no worth of Upwork Plus membership.

If that's the case, then I would take those logos out of my portfolio if I were you. Your portfolio should only be your best work.

Dear Christine, I saw your profile, I think the few works you are demonstrating on your profile are only your work & those you are hiding from your profile are from canva & clip art, Ok but my work is not entirely from canva. All of my logos are almost my own creation so I can't hide those 1 or 2 logos from my profile that are particularly made on the client's specification. Thank you!
