I'm asking because I recently faced an issue with my JSS. It dropped from 100% to 73% when my client released a payment by activating a milestone. Surprisingly, my JSS fell to 73%, and I lost my Top Rated badge. At the time, my Availability badge was off. Could this be the reason? I just want to understand what happened.

Absolutely no. But I suggest you be more active on the platform and continue to submit proposals. All I can see on your profile now is over 6 months old - this does influence your JSS.
