Don't get work.

I'm a top-rated freelancer with 100% job success score but still don't get the work that I should. 

I was just checking and most of the proposals that I have sent on jobs in 2022 haven't even been opened. 

A lot of job posts that I send proposals on end up being closed without hiring anyone. 

I rarely get invitations but even if I received some,  the clients don't bother to respond and don't hire anyone else as well. 

I used to get regular works till May through my project catalogs but now I don't get something even through that feature. My last completed job was like 20 days ago. My last month jobs were only two from one client.  

Does this happen and will this drought go away? 

I'm a full-time freelancer and a major portion of my income comes through Upwork.
