Don't getting top rated badge even I have 99% JSS.

A few months ago I lost my Top Rated badge due of my JSS was gone down to below 90% but now I have 99% JSS and earning also $1000+ till I don't get the Top Rated badge again. What is the actual reason?

On your "My Stats Page" - what does it say about "eligible weeks?"

It needs to be 13 out of 16.

However, that does not mean that you'll get it in 3 weeks. You currently have 6 non-eligible weeks in your 16 week window. 3 of those have to fall out of the 16 week window before you'll be eligible for top rated status.
