Don't have Withdraw fund .

Hello upwork community!

What happened with my withdraw? I just have notification from upwork and checked it . It was withdraw content today. It was sent to Payonner MasterCard automatically. ???

I have connected my payonner account and Visa card on upwork to be honest. 

For now I can not see fund in my payonner account. What is Master Card?

CAN you help me ? I seem to lost the fund . 

Also I want to remain some money to buy the connects . but it disappeared all funds .:(((

Sorry everyone .It was resolved and  I just have got all fund in payonner from upwork  .

But one question quickly. How to control Get paid manually? so I can remain some funds on upwork account to upgrade membership and to buy connects regulary.

Hi Oliver,

I'm happy to hear that the funds reflected in your Payoneer account. Your funds were withdrawn automatically according to the Automatic Payment Schedule. You set your payment schedule to automatically withdraw funds every week (on Wednesday).

There are more available schedules that you can choose from:

• Quarterly (last Monday of each quarter)
• Monthly (last Wednesday of each month)
• Twice per month (1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month)
• Weekly (every Wednesday)

Use your payment schedule

Set it to 3-monthly and $1000 or more and just withdraw manually when you want. You can also set a reserve in your settings. - Get Paid > Schedule > Set Schedule
