Don't have connects.

I want to ask why my connects did't refreshed and did not appear where there are. It says Available connects: 0 and I past the day of the month for refreshing. Any help ?

Why do you think you should get more connects? You have to pay for them.

Hi David, 

It looks like you have already purchased Connects for your account. A new freelancer receives 20 free Connects to help get them started once their registration is accepted. This was the Connects that you received when your registration to Upwork was accepted. We moved to the paid connects system last May 2019. As such, freelancers on the Freelancer Basic Plan will not receive free Connects anymore.
