Don't receive any email for verification and forgot password

Hi dear,

My friend didn't receive any verification email even after re-sending it so many times
Can you please help me with this ? **Edited for Community Guidelines** 

She forgot her login password too and try to reset but no email receive.

She already checked inbox, spam, junk, etc.

She is not able to do anything because she did not have a login password. She trying to forget the password but the email not getting.
