Donetsk isn't a part of the Crimea, but also is as well as the Crimea the occupied Russia in 2014 a part of Ukraine. But unlike the Crimea which occupation Russia recognized Russia doesn't recognize occupation of Donetsk and Luhansk, telling fairy tales to the whole world about allegedly rebels in these territories.
