I submitted a proposal for a 2 connect job, but I got an error message. However, I was still charged the two connects for the job. I hit the back button at the error screen and went back to the proposal screen, resubmitted. The system charged me 2 more connects.
I've been charged 4 connects for a 2 connect job.
I can't find any contact e-mails or anyway to get in touch with someone to have 2 connects refunded. Help?
