How do I withdraw my balance? This is the first time I am using it.
I received a payment and it appears on my statement, so how do I transfer it to my account?

Hi Raimunda, 

I checked your account and can see that you were already able to add a payment method in your account. But it looks like you are yet to add your Tax Information. Kindly fill up your Form W-8BEN in the Settings > Tax Information page of your account. 

To withdraw your earnings on Upwork, you can wait go to the "Get Paid" page of your Settings page, and withdraw your earnings whenever it's convenient for you.
