Hello! I noticed that my financial account has been charged for my Upwork Membership Plus plan for three months already. However, I have not used any connects in my second month as I have been busy with other stuff and I do not think I will be using the connects in these coming days. I was able to downgrade my membership plan to basic today as I have noticed the charges made and had the time to do so just now. How can I get a refund for the charges made for the past two (2) charges? Thank you!
