Downgrade from Freelancer Plus to Freelancer Basic

Hi all,

I want to change from Freelancer Plus to Freelancer Basic (Free), I clicked the Switch to Basic button, but the system doesn't allow me. Reason:
"We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later."
I don't want to be charged for another month.

Did someone has this problem before? Upwork doesn't give any solution to this
