Download PDF file of Contract

Hello all, does anyone know if there is a way to download a PDF file of the contract made available to us on Upwork? I need this document for a visa application! Thanks so much.

Hi Lucy,

If you need to provide information about your activity and earnings on the platform you can download the Certificate of Earnings and, if needed, the User Agreement. You can also download your Transaction History report which can be filtered and exported as a CSV file for further editing if needed, and your profile which showcases your reputation, feedback, and total jobs/earnings on the platform. 

We'd also like to clarify that since Upwork does not act as an employer or otherwise engages freelancers, we are not able to provide freelancers with a certification of employment.

Hi Yingning,

You can download a Certificate of Earnings directly from your account by going to Reports > Certificate of Earnings. The report automatically calculates your earnings for the past one, three, six, and twelve months based on the date that you run it. You can visit this page to learn more.
