Dual locations?

I'm toying with the idea of spending part of the year in Europe, and part of the year in the US.  I'm currently set up to work in the US, however is there some way for me to also promote my services in Europe?

What do you mean, promote?

You can apply to any jobs in any location you want to. If you are not permanently moving to Europe I assume you don't have to change your location to Europe, and you will be able to apply to US-only jobs too.

No. The whole point of US-Only jobs is that the freelancer should be, at the time, physically located in the US.

It is not meant to be a "Americans only" function, but a location function.

People who are not located (at that point) in the US do not fulfil the location criterium, obviously.
