Due Date Inclusive or before?

Hello,
I wanted to clarify if a "milestone due" date is inclusive?
For e.g. "A milestone is Due Feb 20" does that mean i submit work:
by end of business, Feb 20 OR
by end of day, Feb 19?

Looking for clarification on this so I never miss a deadline. Thanks in advance!

Ask the client but remember they work in their own timezone so they probably expect it in their own 9-5pm.

Thank you Jennifer. We are in the same timezone. Regular business practise is "inclusive" end of business ON due date.
I wanted to clarify what Upwork norms are.

It doesn't matter what Upwork norms are; what matters is the time that the client expects you to deliver their project. If you're not sure, ask them.

Hi Jamshed,

When a contract is created, this relationship is between you and your client. Any deadline set is between you and your client, and if you have questions regarding this, you may clarify it further with your client.
